1. 2014 CT base 2. Nav 3. Ultra White with black interior 4. Sport Premium Package 5. F-Sport 6. Planned modifications? Car is already good as it is, but looking at white LED bulbs for the interior and puddle lights (maybe headlights), wind deflectors and window tint. Would be nice to have but expensive/time consuming for me: newer model headlights+taillights, bigger sub+amp, that 10" headunit, nice 19" wheels and all the TRD styling and performance upgrades. 7. What other cars were you considering? What did this replace or add to? Was considering small/compact SUVs looking mostly at the Subaru Crosstrek, then plug-in hybrids, prices for low mileage 2016+ Volts were very attractive. It replaced a 2003 Ford Focus ZX3 with 270k miles that after major tune-up, will go to my parents who don't drive much but it's perfect for those times. I (and family) needed something reliable and nice.
The CT200h is a car that I've been looking at for a while and it hit almost all points, a jack of many trades but master of none, super sporty appearance and handling, extremely compact, comfortable, reliable, utility (hatch), fuel efficient, nav, power everything (well, except horsepower hehe hehe hehehe) and last but not least... a SUNROOF!!!
Pretty cool night shot

Welcome. you sure love your white cars. hows your mpg with the bike rack?
as far as newer model headlights... not really hapenning without spending at least $2,000.. and that's if you can find them. and if you do, they'd be spec'd for the wrong country. in other words, not happening. the best way to do it is do a bi-xenon retrofit like i did...
others have used LED adapted bulbs but i wouldn't trust those for main driving lights where you need full OE-level reliability and functionality. Aftermarket LEDs anywhere else knock yourself out.
I fully LED'd my car (in addition to the bi-xenon) not a single incandescent bulb remains. My turn signals are super bright and super orange!
right now i am in Hong Kong the Asia late model CT's have a newer tail light was wondering if it would work in our cars it would be a nice change/upgrade.
Thank you! I've always liked the contrast between white and black/dark gray/gunmetal colors, I haven't measured the bike rack impact on mpg since I use it maybe twice a month but I am curious, maybe I'll check later.
About the lights, yeah, I understand that they're not made for the american market but I'm still open for them. I've seen you reference your retrofit mentioned in several threads, I'm not looking into permanent mods until I'm at least 2/3rds into my payments
There are aftermarket (and cheap) tail lights but I don't want to "cheapen-out" the Lexus, here's these from CARiD.
Just picked up a 2016 model. Not sure if it's base or not, but it does have a navigation screen, while other models I've seen online don't have the screen.
1. CT Premium I am guessing 2. Nav 3. Color for exterior and interior - Silver exterior and black interior 4. Options or Option Packages - Not sure, but came with tinted windows. 5. F-Sport? - Nope, was not available 6. Planned modifications? - Yakima base system to hold my roof basket, yellow tint for fog lights, cup holders for rear passengers
Tahoe trip
7. What other cars were you considering? What did this replace or add to?. I wasn't really looking at other models, but this will eventually replace my 2012 BMW 328i, which is in the shop for a failed fuel injector (#1). #2 failed last year and they had to replace the engine. It looks like it might be the same this year. Still in discussions with the dealer.

1. Ct
2. No nav
3. White exterior (black roof); black interior
4. Options: Sunroof, backup camera
5. F sport
6. Don’t plan any modifications
Was looking at the Prius hatchback but didn’t like the look. Hadn’t even been considering a Lexus but came across the ct200 and loved it. Previous car was a Toyota Matrix. Still trying to get the l/100km down. Currently averaging 7 L/100 km despite driving according to how research says I should be driving to minimize gas use. Hoping it’s because it’s been between -10 and -15 Celsius here so more energy is needed to keep it running. Thank god im moving to a warmer climate next year!

1. CT base or premium....how do I tell? Mine has Navigation, but it's a 2013 (new to me) and I didn't buy a subscription...should I?
2. Nav - yes
3. Red outside & black inside
4. Options - not sure; still learning about it.
5. F-Sport? Well, it has a sport mode, but I'm not sure if it's an f-sport. How can I tell? It doesn't have an F-Sport logo or anything.
6. Planned modifications? I don't know. Is it absolutely essential to buy the nav subscription? Is there any way to just use Google?
7. I didn't really consider any other cars.
my name is Justin Aka Busisi and I got my CT last August. Heres the basics of my CT:
1. CT base
2. With Nav
3. Black exterior with Caramel Interior
4. sun/moon roof with rear camera
5. Non F-sport
6. I plan to lower it (gonna need suggestions please) and some new shoes for him.
7. This replace an 07' Scion XB that was 275k miles overdue for a new car HA!
New member here. Just bought a 2012 CT. Have it for 2 months now. It’s the base model. Black on Black. 185k mi. I don’t know what options it has. It actually looks like it has several downgrades the previous owner really didn’t take much care of it. So I’m slowly bringing it up to par. No NAV. The stereo is the worse part it sounds really crappy. So that’ll be the first Mod I’ll be working on besides changing all fluids including the CVT (transaxle) oil. I really love this CT I’m getting 47mi/g it feels like a fast sports car (but it’s far from it).
It’s replacing my Toyota ‘04 Tundra with 285k mi. My commute now is close to 100mi round trip so the gas $ is killing me.
i considered the Prius but I couldn’t see myself in it. Don’t take me wrong, (my wife drives one and we love it).
