Price paid for Lexus CT 200h

No College Grad Rebate
No Lexus Loyalty Rebate
just plain old haggling and a little know how...
you could have squeezed more... these cars are not moving so dealers willing to fight each other on pricing.

Can you share what dealer/sales you were dealing with? We are adding insurance for my wife so haven't brought the car home yet.

Ohh wow. 33,752 out the door? That's like 30.5K before tax and licensing. Can you pm your contact at Valencia?

I finally bought my CT200h premium w/ premium audio, nav & moonroof. MSRP was $36,800. Purchased it for $33,752. Got them to lower the interest rate from 1.9% to 1.6% which offset the price for me adding the cartech anti theft device, and the paint & upholstery protection. I followed the other reviews and went to Lexus in Valencia, CA. They gave me the price over the phone so I didn't have to waste a trip out there. My salesman was very patient with me. So happy, to have finally pulled the trigger. Now I just have to play with everything so I know how it all works!
The only bummer was the fact that you can't opt for the F-Sport rims without getting the whole package. I really prefer them with the Nebula color.

I believe my sticker was the exact same as the below. I had 37,900 msrp in my head.
Pulled the trigger last Monday, Loving every second so far!
2012 starfire pearl f-sport fully loaded
Park Place Lexus Plano Texas
paid 36,2xx.00 out the door after ttl.
0 down, traded the ISF and had like 400 collateral, but got exactly what I wanted for trade in.
60 months 2.90%, overall I will save approximately 4,500.00 a year with this car so Im very pleased

I'm actually loving it! I was babying the Isf so much I really never enjoyed it except for the looks. Not to mention 42000 miles of dd an Isf will literally break your back due to suspension stiffness. I only did this for a purpose due to my yearly mileage. Plus I know I'll be in a gtr soon enough so this will do for now.

growing inventory
In the Dallas metro area, I have been tracking sales, and it seems that the inventory is growing faster than sales of the CT. One dealership shows about twice as many (roughly) CT's in stock vs. the "other" family of dealerships.
Inventory in June (+-)15X, (150 ish) and now, (+-) 17x, or about 171 total between two families of dealerships here...
Given the uptick in inventory, and 2013's around the corner, what % off MSRP/invoice should one really shoot for in this current environment? Any suggestions? '13's are here already!
Thanks!
