I ended up calling all of the local area dealers plus a couple in SoCal. It seems either they don't have any in stock or not willing to move off of msrp.
Ended up going with Serramonte since I've bought 3 other cars from them and the general manger had no problem giving me $1000 off msrp on a 2012. Picking up the car next Tuesday.
They're willing to sell a 2011 DayBreak Yellow Mica one at invoice if anyone's interested.

$1000 off MSRP is quite good for a $30k car!
They don't built a lot of profit into them at this level (maybe $2500?).
And obviously the CT200 is still a hot car. =]
