I saw one of these cars behind me in the left lane. I swear if it was 2" lower I would've thought it's the new IS-F, which makes the front end definitely nicer than the IS x50. The back leaves a bit to be desired, but man, is this one nice looking car. Makes me want to trade in my Prius.
Just wanted to stop by to say that to all you lucky owners. Thanks!
Most likely a CT 300h might come around using drivetrain from the upcoming ES 300h which would most likely be a 2.5 liter four cylinder gas engine mated to an electric motor. Definitely would like to see that Lexus...
I agree...the front end looks great! My parents are contemplating getting a new car. My mom wants a Prius to save gas, my dad wants another Beamer (135i) because its luxurious and fun to drive. I told them to meet halfway (not really) and get a CT200h.
Looks are subjective, but if it wasn't for the IS F...the CT would have never gotten the front bumper accents that flow from the upper fascia of the car.
Its pretty close. When I first saw a CT, I figured it was some sort of IS wagon/hatch. The family resemblance of the front end is quite close for two completely different models.
Only saw this thread because it was on the front page.
Are you guys serious?
LOL!
The head-on pic of the CT200h doesn't do the angles justice. I'd be as bold to say the CT200h's headlights and front lip are more aggressively styled. The only thing I like better on the IS-F is the grill and fogs.
I'm not trying to jones for the CT here. It was just an observation.
