Hope you can still change the seat color once you see mine next week. I think it will be great looking. You know that the headliner will be black too right? If the seat is black, I'm afraid it might be too DARK inside! That's just my opinion. A little blue color will make a good contrast I think. 
I own a G35c with all black interior , I love it. I own a Supra with black seats and carpet.....on a black car. The seats are trimmed w/gray inserts. Looks sinister almost.....the car is sinister. I like black interiors on certain colored cars, but my Tundra has tan interior on black exterior. I like that contrast too. With a sun roof and lots of light interior colors don't matter as much ...
Bright colors do make you feel less like a funeral procession ...
Do post pics....I'm praying mine is close by. Mine had a remote starter that I did not order. So it obviously was already built. I'm ok with that too. Living in the NE it will be a nice feature in the cold weather.

Where'd you purchase your Stafire Pearl?
Apparently there is only Tungsten and Starfire Pearl in the LA area (west coast). Couldn't get my hands on a Nebula... and they come with LED headlights which adds an additional grand to the total... not sure if I like that or not as I would have just swapped in HIDs for the halogens.
