Armrest:
I pretty lazy with the armrest install, I just double sided taped it on. If you take out the center console, it has preset spots to drill holes if you want to use the included bolts and nuts to connect it.
Here is someone else's thread on the proper install: http://www.ct200hforum.com/forum/lex...l-armrest.html
With Sewell place gone it seems to be a lot harder to find OEM parts, but I found it here: http://www.lxsparts.com/scripts/prod...?idproduct=-35
Logo:
I didn't like the blue color gradient with the front badge since my exterior is red it felt like it clashed a lot.
Ordered two pieces to swap it out:
1. Manufacturer Part Number: 753110E020 / 75311-0E020
Interchange Part Number: 90975-02082 / 9097502082
"06-11 LEXUS GS300 GS350 GS430 GS460 RX350 FRONT GRILL EMBLEM BUMPER EMBLEM OEM"
2. Manufacturer Part Number: 753120E011 Other Part Number: 753120E010, 7531248040, 7531248041
"Lexus TOYOTA OEM 10-12 RX350 Grille-Base 753120E011"
The first is the chrome piece, the second is the black backing.
Here are some instructions from others to remove the logo: http://www.ct200hforum.com/forum/lex...us-emblem.html
http://www.ct200hforum.com/forum/lex...k-emblems.html
Again ,I did a bit of hack job. I knew I didn't want to keep the old logo, so I just cracked the posts off so I wouldn't have to fight with the spring nuts. https://i.imgur.com/6PlAms3.jpg
The pic is upside down because my phone is stupid. And when I rotate it, imgur corrects it back.
Careful not the pinch your hand when install the new logo. I ripped some skin off my palm because it was a tight fit.

It looks like jtnoburo may have figured something out, because he doesn't have the stock blue bubble.
Edit, found it: http://www.ct200hforum.com/forum/lex...r-emblems.html
The rear emblem is pretty readily available on eBay for ~$15, but the front is a bit harder to find. I was able to get mine for about $15 shipped. I found some links for you below, which will for sure fit. When looking, just make sure you buy one that have tabs intact and the dimensions match the CT emblems.
REAR: Lexus gs350 GS430 GS460 IS250 is350 RX350 Rear Emblem Logo Badge Sign Symbol | eBay
FRONT (base only...?): Lexus GS300 gs350 GS430 GS460 RX350 Front Grill Emblem Base Only 06 11 | eBay
Picture of CT rear emblem:
The tabs on back of the rear emblem should have tabs on each side.

Neither, it's all vinyl wrapped so I could keep the option to go back to stock.
Yup, I wrapped the emblem black since that post and like it a lot. Completed my no chrome CT look
I am researching that. There should be a way, the rear one is only a stick on, I just have to find another model with the chrome L at the right size. It probably won't have the cool black backing though.

Also did you wrap the chrome ring around the start button? (gotta know if it's completely unchromed, lol)
... Actually I noticed there's a lot of touches of chrome on the dash (shifter, eco/normal/sport wheel, air vents)

I was considering something similar, but was thinking of a smoked looking silver instead of blacked out. It looks like your chrome piece above the front logo is about the color I wanted. How'd you get that or is it just the lighting?

Yup, shifter and start button surround are wrapped. Even wrapped the chrome door handles. Only thing I haven't really touched is the steering wheel. Those parts on the air vent tabs and drive mode circle in addition to the steering wheel would require a lot of work to look clean. Maybe someday.

I had the same thought, and I am stubborn sometimes... so I made my own emblem. I have a few touch-ups to do to make it a bit more flush, but from a few feet away it looks fairly stock/OEM.

I took pictures as I did it, but didn't make a write-up yet:
