Thanks. Just called Lexus service and they told me its not cover.
But I had cracked windshield on my Audi and I dont have any extended or glass warranty on it and they replaced it for me under factory warranty.I was hoping Lexus will do the same.

If it can be tagged to a build issue, then yes, it could be covered under warranty. But if it's from debris/rock/etc. Then no.
Maybe Audi's just have more build issues with windshields.
