Default Lease payments

Hello folks...

Lexus is offering a good incentive to get rid of their 2012 cars. Currently, I have an offer for $450 for 2 years with 12K miles per year and zero down. This is for a fully loaded car with the exception of leather seats.

Conversely, the 2013 with identical package is $517 with $1400 down for 27 months.

Aside from the navigation upgrade and interface layout on the 2013, what's your take on the offers I have gotten? I didn't pay attention to the center armrest on the 2012. I'm assuming that is not included in the car and needs to be ordered?

Let me know your thoughts and if you have a better lease deal. Thanks.

JD

If you're deff gunna get a new car in two years then screw it and get the 2012, why pay more for something you're not planning on keeping?
