New owner's questions
Sorry if I'm repeating questions that have been answered already in the forum, but using the search engine didn't produce any results.
1) I have customized the "Meter" setting so that the tachometer is "kept on." To my annoyance, Lexus has decided that when the cruise control is used only the Hybrid System Indicator is displayed. Is there an explanation for why the tachometer has been made unavailable when the cruise control is in use?
2) I do not have Navi. I normally keep the multi-information display in the Energy Monitor mode. On my first highway drive I noticed that the display had gone blank, except for the word "Set." Pressing the DISP switch on the steering wheel restored the Energy Monitor, but a short while later (I didn't keep track of the time) the display again showed only "Set." I've found nothing in the Owner's Manual about the multi-information display behaving this way (or what "Set" means). Is there a bug in my multi-information display or is this "normal?"
