New (to me)CPO 2011 CT200h...review
I have gone from the RX forum to the GX forum, and now to the CT forum.
I recently traded in my GX470 for a 2011 Certified CT200h Premium, white with saddle interior, 26K miles, $24,499+TTL. It was a 1-owner. It has a clean carfax and every maintinance, 5K, 10K, 15K, 30K, new tires, etc.
I'm not sure I got the best deal, but I have all the dealer and scheduled maintinance reciepts, original sticker, and I have net to seen a scratch, and the color combination is my favorite.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I filled it up after driving home (200 miles) with the cruise set at 76-77 (not optimal for gas mileage), drove around town a bit, and then spent $18 on gas (averaged about 39mpg). That was nice. Since then, I'm getting 45mpg driving around town, errands, etc.
Impression
Drives very much like my 2008 Acura TSX did, with less power of course. The handling is outstanding for a hybrid. There is enough power. I drive in normal, but that little extra in Sport mode is nice.
I am 6'1", 195lbs. I think the front seats are very nice and although I fit snug, it is comfortable. I have two young daughters, 4 and 2 and the 4 year old sits behind me in her booster seat comfortably. My 2 year old sits behind the passenger seat comfortably with my wife (5'1") comfortably in the front passenger seat. I don't have the drivers seat all the way back to leave a little extra room for my daughter, but there is plenty of room to move the seat further back. The trunk is a nice size, not huge, but plenty for groceries, etc.
The car is not LS quiet, but it is also 1/3 the price and uses 1/3 the gas. At cruising speed, the car is comfortable and relatively quiet. Under acceleration, you can definitely hear it, but it is still much uieter than most little cars. I read that the 2014's are quieter under acceleration. Having said that, cruising at 77 on the highway was very comfortable and quiet. I am very picky about road noise and it is quiet, unless you are going over grooved pavement. I was worried about road noise, but this surpasses my expectations.
The car looks cool. I love hatchbacks, my wife has not, but she loves the CT. She can take the girls where they need to go, errands, etc. and not have to worry about gas. It fits my family of 4 great. When the girls get older, I might need something bigger for rear legroom, etc., but for the next 5-6 years, I'm going to enjoy the 40-45mpg and this reliable little car. I love the saddle interior, my wife wasn't sold on it, but I love the color combination.
Overall, the CT is a win for me.

I agree~!
We had a 2011 for a short time, and only traded it in due to the fact that we began having to travel more with our two, large dogs to spend time with our aging parents. We traded "up" to a CPO 2010 540h.
There are times we really miss the mileage and handling of the little CT.
The ONLY issue I had with our CT was the diminished rear visibility as compared to our prior Prius and Subaru WRX wagon; both of which have pretty decent rear view.
Even with the rear backup cam in the mirror, I managed to back the CT into the corner of our house in our narrow driveway. ; /
we are thankful for the 30 MPG we average even in the much larger RX; and the interior and noise level are the finest we've ever allowed ourselves.
ENJOY!

Now when I am chasing high mpg's, as in running as much as on battery as possible, like now, I am at 4.4 l per 100 km., which is roughly 53 mpg with about 1/4 tank remaining. My commute starts at a residential 25 mph neighborhood, traveling 45-50 in a 50 mph zone for 30 minutes.
So, in a nutshell, you're in the right ballpark for your commute. Hope the explanation helps.

Congratulations on getting a CPO CT 200h. I also have a 2011 CT and a 2014 GX. I love them both. The CT is a great daily driver and love the mpg's. When ever I need to haul more people and things I use the GX.
Overall the CT is a great car for what it is. I have over 75K miles on my CT and I look forward to another 75K miles...I've changed all four tires, both rear shocks, change the oil and oil filter every 5K miles and changed the transmission and brake fluid at 60K miles.

My wife is getting 42-43mpg in the City, and she is not easy on the accelerator. We just got back from a road trip. We had a strong head wind (20-30mph) going, crusing at 75mph and we got about 36-37. On our way back, there was not much wind, but what was there was a tail wind and we got 47-48mpg. Overall, for 200 miles we averaged 42mpg on the highway. That was my wife and I and our 2 small girls, golf bag, and the trunk pretty full. I was happy with that, but it's the City mpg that I enjoy the most, 43mpg versus 17mpg in the GX.
Having said that, it was 102* for most the drive back, but the AC was on the whole time.
So far I'm enjoying it!
