I've looked into this between a couple forums. With stock tires, it would seem that you have 20mm in the front and 30mm in the back. However, I've read that spacers that are <25mm will require you to shave off the existing studs to clear the spacer. This is all subjective information.

Anything less than 25mm and greater than 5mm you really should be replacing your bolts. Of course, if you are going to replace the bolts up front, you MIGHT AS WELL, replace the bolt in the rear and avoid the internal nuts all together.
Ichiba V2 spacers is for the lazy. However so far, my replacements have been great...but if I were to do it ALL over again, I would go 20mm up front and 30mm in the rear as you stated and replaced bolts. BUT...by doing this, you clearly give up the ability to add chains in the future (which is why I have yet to mount the front). And...while the rear end might clear the fender, it'll definitely be messier on rainy days. (this is a problem I have on another vehicle with wide tires)
