How to change Speed Limit of Cruise Control?

Hi! I own a CT200h JDM 2011, the simple cruise control installed has a maximum speed limited to 116KM/hr. Is there any way to change and/or increase the speed limit of the cruise?

That must be specific to certain areas, because I know I can use cruise control at 80mph without any issue. (or 128 KM/hr)
