I'm on a new phone now, a Oneplus 5, and all issues are gone. Bluetooth now plays perfect for me, no more skipping. And able to use all steering wheel controls
I probably should have mentioned, when the dealership did the reset, it killed ALL of my settings. my maintenance schedules, my contacts, all of my paired devices, etc
