Bluetooth won't give me option to connect car
Hi all, I'm a new 2017 CT 200h owner (base model with no nav), and I was able to connect my bluetooth to my iPhone 6 on the first day. Everything worked great - could play music and take phone calls over bluetooth. Then yesterday, all of a sudden the connection dropped, and when I went to pair it again, I only saw the option to "pair audio," not "pair phone." I spent an hour reading the manual, reading message boards and watching Youtube vids, and I cannot figure out how to pair my phone - I'm not seeing the option anywhere despite being savvy with this sort of thing. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Pole Position
I had this happen to me before:
1. Delete the "phone" from your new Lexus vehicle. And repair again.
OR
2. Make sure your phone is updated to the newest updates.
Lastly you can go to your favorite Lexus dealership and ask for help.

lexusrus is correct, delete and re-pair. When given only of option of pairing the audio device it will treat your
phone/audio device as two separate units and will give you fits. When re-pairing the phone it will declare that
this device is also capable of audio and ask if you want to pair that also. Yes.

Try the unpairing method. If that doesn't work, try turning on off your bluetooth, on/off your phone for a full reset. I have a 2017 ct and a iphone 6 as well. Bluetooth doesn't always like to sync.
