We work graveyard (CASINO), and the place we work at has a lot of break-ins. She moved my car to a safer parking spot, but she forgot to turn off my car. The car was on for at least 5 hours. Is my car going to get any long term damages to he 12v battery or the hybrid battery? I just barely bought the car too =(

Nope. This is as if you were waiting for someone for 5 hours in your car. It means the battery was being discharged by anything running in the car, and once it got low enough (about 20%), the engine would have started up, charged the battery a little, then stopped. This would have happened over and over during those 5 hours. It's not much different than driving through city streets for 5 hours, constantly charging and discharging the battery.
A lot of taxi drivers use the Prius in certain parts of the country (world too?), and so they probably idle all the time. Probably all day. If you did this on a regular basis, all you would have to worry about is use the severe use maintenance schedule instead of the normal one. Since this was one-time, you should be just fine. The 12v battery should be fine too since the hybrid battery is used to run most of the electronics and accessories, and the engine starts up periodically (to charge the hybrid battery or maintain optimal temperature) so the 12v battery should stay charged.
