this is why the plug in aftermarket LED stuff isn't good for sustained-on operation. Risk of fire.
There's a ton of Toyota LED options with proper large heatsinks if you want LED. If you want the yellow fog look, just laminx over them.
Plug in LED, particularly for headlights or foglights, don't have enough heat capacity to drive any meaningful power through them.
The best LED option really is the Morimoto Type T LED. But eBay has some chinese copies of copies which do similar job for less money. Currently i'm running replicas of Toyota's OEM LED option. Large heat sink. They perform just OK. I want to get the morimotos again some day. They're $150 but by far the best output.
What MPG are you gettign with the wheels? Honestly I like the stock F Sport wheels better on your car. When I saw them on the first page i was like that's a nice car. looked great with the drop. Would you ever go back? . Those aren't too bad but look a little too "tuner"

These wheels were actually lighter than stock and the car felt more nimble and faster. I average about 40-45MPG. I don't plan on going back to the stock wheels. I'll be looking for different wheels, something similar to the ESM -004M SL or F1R F21 . I plan on getting BC coilvers for now. Wanted bags, but on a budget..

Yeah I wasn't implying one way or the other as to the effect your wheels had on MPG. I just wanted to know what your MPG was out of curiosity. The majority of CTs I see on the road are base models (Non f sport) so when I see them with aftermarket wheels, it looks like someone got a base model and simply threw on wheels whereas with the F Sport, you know the person opted for the premium model. That's why I thought yours looked great when i saw the first page with the stock wheels =) Immediately stood out as premium.
new wheels aren't bad though. just not my thing.
