Default Melted headlamps

hi there my Lexus CT200h is only 1 year old 2017, my headlamps are showing melted on both lamps. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was done by Lexus?

That's strange.

Maybe it water condensation inside the lense housing?

Whatever it is, I would get it checked at a Lexus dealership since it's still under OEM warranty ASAP!!!

GOOD LUCK and let us know what that is.
