Location of TPMS receiver?
Hello people,
I bought a CT 200h with the tire pressure warning signal on. After a reset the problem didn`t got solved. I bought a tire sensor and used techstream to program the sensor to make sure there are any sensors physical there.
I was getting several C codes in techstream like: Transmitter ID not received (Main) and all the tires.
So now i think the transmitter has gone bad, but i don`t know exacly where it is. I found an image with google, but it`s to poor to tell if its near the right tail light or somewhere else.
Can somebody help me out with the location of the TPMS Receiver? (item 89760-76010)
Thanks for your help!
Regards Tom

Picture looks like behind the give box.
car needs 4 working sensors in order to turn off light.
You saved the info in tech stream first before you over wrote it with new info? Since you just bought the car, would it occur to you that a: sensors are bad b: Wrong sensors are in there?
Did you break the tires down to get the RF ID numbers off the sensors? I highly doubt the receiver is bad

Well when i testdrove the car, the light was off. But the week after they delivered the car from belguim and he told me about the light. I made a picture of the old situation. I tried to program 2 315mhz mobiletron sensors and 2 old codes to see if any data will show up in techdoc, but i didnt see any data. But i dont know if the mobiletron works well with the lexus
i will make a visit to the lexus dealer to make sure the sensors are in the tire. Maybe he can tell me where the receiver is if the sensors are there.
