I did this a few months ago, but wanted to update.

I cut out some sturdy reflector tape and attached them to the doors. This is a good safety upgrade as our cars do not have any warning lights. I would like to add some actual lights and have some clean OEM type lights.. just dread pulling off the door panels. This will do for now! I cut them to shape using scissors so they're not 100% straight but good enough.

Yeah. it's just cost cutting by lexus. wiring up some lights shouldn't be that hard.. just kind of challenging to find a solution that would look factory. I spent like half an hour combing through ebay seeing if i can mash something together.. i found a few items but wasn't quite confident it would look right. For now this is cool. don't have to cut anything up!

If anyone does this get the correct 1 3/8" cap/cover kit. you can also use generic plastic caps and silicone around it too. The size is 1 3/8". You can get them at home depot or on ebay. they're plastic caps. I did this method before on my Prius.

Your car looks great, really clear great shots!! Nice CT too!

Was playing around with some vintage (1960s) photography equipment and wanted to snap a quick shot. Didn't have any updated photos with the new grill piece.

I removed the CF vinyl eyebrows. They look a bit cleaner without them, but on the other hand I kind of miss the little bit of personality and uniqueness they brought. I have more gloss CF wrap ready to go so just thinking about it for now. Anyone else wrap their headlight corners like i did? i know one person did it but forgot who.

They should be the same and fit just fine. Why wouldn't they be? If they have orange side reflectors, then you know you're good. It's not like there were any options or changes in the head lights, other than one version being halogen and one being LED. Other countries wouldn't have the orange reflector, and would have a reversed output for RHD.

well asking since the Hawaii models have both the halogen and some have the xenon models. Really want the xenon ones without having to do all the wiring or take it apart.

By "xenon" do you mean HID or LED? My understanding is that there was never a CT that had HIDs from the factory. Just base halogen lights, or LED lights. I believe that both options were available everywhere. However, looking at the back of the head lights, they have different connectors for the low beams. So you would have to do some wiring to swap connectors.

HIDs use the xenon bulb. But that’s what I’m trying to figure out How are the connectors from the Hawaii ct200h than the regular US model. Not understanding how those two can be different yet are technically for the same US market. I understand the euro/jap ones are different connectors. But why did Hawaii get those headlamps as well?

tried to see if I can find a junkyard over there lol

Where did you read that Hawaii got its own version of the CT200h with HID? That makes no sense and would not be very economic for Toyota to do for just one state of one country in the entire world. I've never heard of that.

I think you're mistaken and there is no difference, nor any relevance to it being in HI. There are 2 common versions anywhere in the US...LED or Halogen.

Either would have different connectors from the other.
