Default Upgrading subwoofer and aftermarket amp

I have the premium 10 speaker system with NAV in my F-Sport CT. I will like to upgrade the OEM sub woofer and amp. Has anyone done this and where is the OEM amplifier located at? Any suggestions to replace it with?

I was looking into doing he same. I just got my CT about a month ago and also have the ten speaker system.

What I found is amp is under passenger seat. I found upgrades using the stock enclosure to custom ones.

At this time, I'm content with the stock system.

I just installed two channel amp, Focal speakers to my non-premium audio. Sounds terrific. Also Kenwood dash speakers... ok i need to update my thread.

As for your situation, I don't think you'd be replacing the amp just like that as the connections are proprietary. You'd be cutting the rear too. You'd want to pull full-level pre-amp outputs from the HU (tap before the amp) and splice your new amp's outputs to the lines coming out of the amp to the speakers. you have a lot of work ahead of you. Took me two days to do. but also added a subwoofer.
