Default Leaky sunroof on a CH200h

Hey all. Wife's car has a leaky sunroof. It being her car, it was mostly something she mentioned AFTER and I suspected it was a leaky sunroof, but this morning I got out there in the rain and found the issue.

1 - it is 100% a drainage issue on the right/passenger side. I can't quite find the drainage duct though. Does anyone have a helpful link to a picture or diagram showing exactly where it is? When I search I'm getting lots of images of GSs and ESs and where those more common cars have their drainage tubes.

2 - Water shouldn't be getting in there anyway, right? So I presume the sunroof seal is bad, right? I had a Nissan Maxima back in the 1990s that had a fender bender and the stupid sunroof always leaked after that regardless of replacing the seal (b/c there was obviously some misalignment of the body post fender bender). This car has NOT been in an accident.......so do I just swap the seal? That should be fairly straight forward, right? Or is it designed to leak a little and the drain is supposed to deal with the water (which would seem odd, but whatever).

Just trying to see if there are wrinkles I don't know about. Or if this is an OMG.....take it to the dealer!

A sunroof seal on any car can never seal out all water commpletely. That's not its purpose. This is why sunroof drains exist. Water will always seep in. On brand new cars, you'll always hear water flowing down the pillars in the drain hoses. listen carefully when it rains

Are you saying water is getting into the interior? if so it's backing up through the clogged drain and overflowing over the sunroof cartridge frame into the car.

I helped someone out with a photo on another thread. Check it out it may give you some insight. You can perhaps pop the a pillar cover and trace the hose and see if you can find something. Not entirely sure about the CT setup though so you may have to experiment.

Could still use a few pointers in locating EITHER end of this stupid tube. I pulled the a pillar cover off so I can see GENERALLY where it must be at both ends, but the bottom end is up inside the car and under a lot of metal. The top end is hidden in the depths of the roof. Like, I cant even stick my fingers in there and feel anything. I put a pair of pliers lightly on the tube through the a-frame and wiggled it in hopes the I'd be able to see the movement up-top.....but that didn't work either.

I did pour a cup of water in there and the clog is all the way at the top.

At this point, I'm getting tempted to just cut it in the a-pillar, blow it out and then use my plumbing skills to splice it back.
