So my ct200 started malfunctioning after the battery had died. After I jump started it is started making a beeping noise even after I had my seatbelt on parking brake was not on either. It had the brake light and the traction control ABS lights on . I took it to get checked by Toyota. and they said it was the brake booster and brake pump. They recommended me to change brake booster with skid control ECU
They gave me the codes that the car read
C1256 and c1253
I look up the codes online and from what other people are saying that it might be a relay short from when the car battery died.
But assuming the worst of the worst I'm not going to pay $5,000 to get everything changed. I looked up the parts online they are way cheaper has anybody changed the brake booster and brake pump on a ct200 before? or have ever had this issue with a relay I put a picture and a screenshots of what I found online

I think your problem is you jump started it.
You need to be a responsible car owner and just simply replace the 12V battery with a new one.
You're running on battery "fumes" with your dead/jumped old battery.

So you replaced the 12V battery with a brand new one?
People often (in all cars) experience a dead battery for the first time (often the original) and jump it and think it's fine. Once a battery gets to the point where its run down (unless it's a new battery) it's pretty much toast, the performance drops off sharply. And with this car in particular, it tends to throw a lot of codes.
It seems like too much of a coincidence that the codes popped up right after you ran the battery down. Parts failures are exceedingly rare on these cars. If I were you, I'd go to Prius Chat and ask them. There's a ton more Priuses on the road than CT200hs and if its a problem with these cars at all, they're likely the ones to experience and deal with it.
It would also help if you stated the year and miles of your car....

For the Prius, there is a new warranty extension (campaign #ZJB) for the Brake Booster assembly. It is covered until 8/31/2021, regardless of the vehicle's mileage. See if Lexus corporate is willing to goodwill the repair under that premise.
