Is it possible to swap a bumper and grille from a 2014-2017 to a 2011-2013 bumper?

I really dislike the ugly spindle grilles from the 2014-2017 CT models. It you have to know why, I don't think the spindle grilles fit Lexus's elegance. Lexuses are soft riding cars, so the aggressive looks on Lexuses does not fit its character. I also would HATE to clean every hole on the spindle grille when I go and detail my car every two weeks to a month or so.

Also yes I do want your bumper but I don't have a CT yet LOL
I'm asking this question for my consideration to buy a newer year model and make it look like a 2012 model while getting the new updated engine benefit.

Whoops I must of read it wrong sorry I thought you meant just the grill on 14-17 .....not sure really only way to find out is ask an experienced Lexus mechanic or look at a couple cts and see if the lines match. You can always do some cutting if you wana really get it on and get some 14/17 headlights

Both CTs have the same grill shape, therefore they both have spindle grills.
Now if you are referring to the actual mesh pattern of the grill, that's different.
