Default Engine oil reduction or burn

My ct 200 started burning engine oil since2018 before it was 5 years old.
Brought to lexus sg. Besi, Malaysia and compression test conducted. Verified loss of compression in two pistins.
Overhaul recommended. Overhauled two months ago.
A shoddy job was done. Many plastic locknuts were not fitted. Including one steel nut. Only by visual inspection. This caused the plastic at the tyre undercarriage being ripped off while driving on highway.
Returned car to lexus.. fixed up but within a week the whole engine started vibrating.
Towed to lexus was told distribution cap workout. Fixed.
Again on 05th Sept started vibrating. Tied to lexus. Now ignition coil worn out. Ever since overhaul the car has had continuous problems giving me nightmares.
Can anyone assist me in this area to file a proper claim against the manufacturer?

did you clean your EGV ever year? its a known issue with the ct 200 engine. if you dont clean it 1 (or 2 times a year for piece of mind) it will clog and your engine will die. it sounds like your engine is about to die. the damage has already been done.

If you had DIY knowledge, I'd say read the codes and see which cylinders are giving you misfires, then just swap stuff over til you find what it is (coil, spark plug, injector)

The good news is everything for this engine is dirt cheap, find a used part if you need to as all these parts are pretty much lifetime parts. Which makes me think these parts are fine, and your misfires are really attributed to a vacuum leak or worse yet, a headgasket leak.

first read the codes and report what they are
