Default ct200h or honda accord

Hi people, which car do you think is better since i am considering getting either one of these two,

lexus is way more hard or impossible to find where i live , i should bring it from abroad,

accord is more popular i am talking about 8 th generation european accord not improrted from usa.

That accord is made from 2007 till 2013 , tell me what do u think which is more reliable and which is better, accord is more roomy, ct200 is very tight in the rear seats...

one major issue with ct200h is that cats are stolen like crazy in every country in the world. which is huge and expensive problem insurance where i live doesnt cover that.. no option to cover it either....

Does LEXUS CT200H have better rust protection compared to honda accord ??

Sounds like you really want the Honda. So get the Honda.

Sounds like the Honda is going to make more sense if you'd have to import the CT200H. I also get the sense it fits your needs better.

Space isn't something you can change or fix. If I regularly had rear passengers or a constant need for the back seat I would likely lean towards a larger car.

In the US at least, not easy to compare those cars, very different. I have little experience with Honda but the build quality certainly won't be same as Lexus. Even if they look comparable. Thats one thing thr CT has going for itself, even the least expensive most basic model will be built and designed better than that a fully loaded alternative typically.

Generally true^ except I think the euro-spec Accord he mentions is actually the 1st gen US market Acura TSX, so typically it would have up-level design/build compared to a normal Honda. Though I'd still rather have the CT since it's a generation newer than the TSX/Accord mentioned.

Thanks. I half expected something to that nature so I mentioned US since I wasnt looking up the euro-spec car. And you're right a quick Google image looks like the TSX with the Honda badge.

Accord is made for Europe till year, 2013 in USA there is acura tsx, but thats for every accord,
So build quality for lexus is way better than Accord can someone confirm or deny : )
ct is little bit newer than acccord but i iwll be able to afford ct200h from year 2011, so the cars will be extremely close in terms of years....
car will be driven 90% of the time on highway with 140km/ per hour , Can someone explain if lexus have better rust protection compared to accord?
