How to take Bumper off 2013 CT200
Hi guys I can't seem to get the bumper off of my ct200 and I don't know what else to do all screws have been taken off included the scrivets, I tried to pull it off and it won't budge.
I am just 18 and getting into cars and I don't know much about them but I try but I am willing to give some money if someone can help me. ETC Video Call or Specific Instructions

After all necessary screws and rivets are removed, the bumper is locked into the sides and the headlights with little tabs. you pull on the bumper first by the wheels, away from the car, then work your way around towards the headlights.

Here's a diagram that might help. Sorry, I had to make the image small to capture it. It looks like there are three or maybe four fasteners in each front wheel wheel that have to be removed. I haven't removed a front bumper cover on a CT but I have on other models made by Toyota. It's often necessary to pry the bumper cover out at the wheel wheels with a pry tool. It's best to use a pry tool that doesn't scar the paint but a screwdriver would work if you are careful. A bumper cover that's been in place for a number of years can take some force to pry out. Be very careful not to damage the tabs on the bumper cover that E46CT mentioned.
Installing a bumper cover is more difficult. I can remove a bumper cover by myself but having a helper to get all the edges lined up perfectly can be very helpful when installing one. Once the bumper cover is all lined up, the tabs on the cover should snap into their slots with a mild slap of a hand. Just be very careful to not break the tabs or you'll end up having to use adhesive to hold the bumper cover in place.
Edit: I should have mentioned that it's good to put something on the ground to prevent the bumper cover from being damaged when you remove or install it. I use a large sheet of cardboard. You will of course have to unplug the connectors from the fog lights as you pull the bumper cover off and also disconnect the hoses from the headlight washer nozzles if your CT has them.

Yeah don't forget about the two 10mm screws one on each fender where it meets the bumper by the wheels. you have to stick the socket straight up towards the sky.
