Default Courier CT hits 600,000 miles

It's that time of year. Hit 600,000 miles 2 days ago.

No issues to report since 500,000 miles. Car still runs as great as ever.

Sweet. Another milestone. Great to follow you on this multi year journey.

Have you replaced the fuel filter? Apparently from what I've seen on Priuschat, it's doable and not that expensive or difficult. I'm thinking you go through a lot of fuel.

I have not. I fill the tank pretty much daily. I'll have to check in with my mechanic.

No biggy.. i'm guessing if it's running fine, no cause for alarm. Here's a thread for reading. Our cars use the same tank so it's probably safe to say we have the same filter.

Wow, doesn't look too bad at all! They did a great job giving us access to it like that so we don't have to pull the entire tank.

Default Did you recommend buy 2012 lexus ct with 175k miles?

And do you ever change the hybrid battery on your car?

Never have. Never had a problem or error code with the hybrid battery.

I wouldn't recommend any 2012 CT over a 2014+.

Older + high mileage MAY be ok, but also MAY have a weak headgasket, assuming no one serviced the EGR.. which you can almost guarantee never happened.

I can't recommend a car without knowing more. The mileage itself isn't too much of an issue, but you never know what the owner(s) did with the car. Always a good idea to research and have it inspected by a professional.
