Thanks, I have about 3600km or 2250 miles on it... it's definitely getting better fuel mileage than the first couple of months of ownership.

Just the stock Dunlops with the rears at 29psi. A lighter, smaller diameter wheel might shave some time off... who knows.

Perhaps let me know next time you're heading to the track again since you're in my area. If thats OK with you. One thing is that I hate to see my V8 GS get it's butt whooped by a 6cyl Lexus.

Sure, no problem. I just joined a bunch of guys from the my.is Canadian forum - keep an eye on that forum for local activity.

There weren't too many 8 cylinder cars at the track... 2 street Mustangs but they were all running high 13s and low 14s. There was an S2000 running 13.8s and a Neon SRT running 13.7s so for the day, 8 cylinders != the quickest car.

Here's a pic of my car at the track - when they went to tech my car and asked me to pop the hood, they laughed because they couldn't see the engine behind the engine covers.

The 'Stang guys couldn't believe that my stock four dour sedan was so ****ing fast!

The Is350 suprises me more and more. That car when fully broken in might hit the high 12's in the 1/4 mile.. Nice

Hes got times slips with a car number on them and then pictures of the cars and his IS350 has the right number on the window. good enough for me. My race with the Viper has convinced me it runs mid 13's stock...

I've seen M3s run high 13s and 14s at the track, a ***** to launch and no low end torque. I think at the track IS 350 and M3 is a pretty even race

Yeah and who ever said the IS350 is a slouch in the top end. I was bored on my drive home from PA last night and did a little 65-90mph run. Seems to only take 4 seconds. Have a look. 65-90 mph
