ES300 air/fuel temp sensor frozen and cannot remove
The air/fuel temp sensor is bad and a mechanic told me it was frozen and removal might result in damaging the threads in the manifold. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hello,
There isn't much to do other than to soak it in penetrating fluid and do a couple of heat cycles, aka heat it up and cool down rapidly. If that won't help, you will have to resort to brute force, even if it strips the thread.
The good news is that there are Thread Repair Kits out there for those threads, I think it's M18x1.5, but you will have to verify it. You will have to drill out what remains of the existing one and tap the hole with a provided bit, then insert the Coil into a new thread.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
