Default Need some information about my "hood alingment"

So, I've recently bought this beat up 2003 Lexus ES 300 a couple months ago. I really don't like how the hood looks when closed, as one the left side, its flushed with the fender and headlights, but on the right, it is not flush and makes it look bad. How do I fix this issue? Photos for reference, I know it doesn't look THAT bad, but it does bother me..

Bumper gaps are no good same for headlights likely damage to the frontal area unibody. If you really want to fix this remove bumper and both fenders to straighten things out as much as possible. Also are those aftermarket headlights?
