Hi there all and thanks for your input.
My heater isn’t running as warm as it used to. Coolant looks ok. Any other ideas of how to improve heater performance?

A few things come to mind: 1) Check to see if your coolant level is low. 2) Check your coolant temperature when fully warmed up to see if it's getting hot. If it's not, you may have a thermostat stuck in the open position. 3) If the coolant has not been changed for a long time you may have a partially plugged heater core. I'm sure others will chime in.
