Default 1999 ES300 Timing Belt Noise?

So just a couple weeks ago I purchased my first Lexus, a 1999 ES300 with 56k miles on it. Before I purchased it the previous owner got the AISIN timing belt kit (TKT-024) replaced by a local shop (he bought parts separate and shop doesn’t warranty customer parts). Well it’s had about 350 miles put on it and today when I got home from driving and was backing in my driveway I noticed it making this weird rubbing noise. Sounds to me like it’s coming from under this cover. When it was idling it would make the noise then stop for a few seconds and then start again kind of (as you can tell it’s not doing it in first second or two of the video). Figured i’d post the video here and get a little input before tearing it apart. Really appreciate any thoughts/ideas. Thanks!

Pull the cover and have a look that is definitely not normal. Would be nice to have more than 4 seconds of video.

Will pull cover tomorrow, yeah sorry that’s all I took figured shouldn’t let it run like that and shut it off. Just wanted to post and see if maybe someone has had the same or similar noise as i’m sure i’m going to be losing sleep tonight lol.

Fixed day after this post but just wanted to update, just had to pull the cover back a bit and tighten the bolts a tiny bit behind the gear and it stopped. Was able to get one and then had to bump it over to get to the second one.
