Default Normal Revolutions?

GM, Im wondering if my 06 is stuck in a gear. I feel like it never goes into that satisfying high gear when you plane out but it could just be me, so I picked a combination of 2100 RPMS at 65 MPH? Does anyone know if that sounds about right? Ive been researching for some kind of chart but not finding anything?
