Default What part is this?

So I was replacing my rack and pinion on my 1998 es 300. In the process trying to get my steering column put back on I snapped the plastic piece that a hose attaches to on this part. Fluid did come out of both ends not much. The fluid is clear and from what I was able to tell at the moment odorless compared to all the other smells under a car. I checked my fluids and everything is fine

This is the part that needs replacement

This is the hose attached to it

Heater control valve. Without that working you'll have no heat or heat all the time or something in between.

Thank you. I was hoping that was the part but the replacement looks different when it doesn't have the cord attached to it.

You mean the cable? If you do need a replacement valve it's cheap here
https://www.amayama.com/en/part/toyota/8724033010
$150+ at a dealer.

I've found the valve on rock auto for $15 before tax and shipping. Almost all of my parts I've bought for my past 2 cars have been from there and saved me so much money
