How to access Flasher relay ES330?

Hello all,

I'd like to replace OEM Flasher to LED Flasher to address hyper-flash for LEDs.
How to access the Flasher?
What are instruction steps for the access?

LH kick panel (inside car) activate your turn signal and follow the sound. Can be a bit of a pain to remove, rock back and forth until it pulls out.

any bolts or screws keep the panel? Or just clips?

Google 81980-50030 to see what the flasher looks like. No fasteners just clips.
