Can I use the 1mz-fe headers from obx-rs on a 3mz-fe?

No because the Y-pipe (after the headers) is different won't bolt up to the rest of the system. That OBX Y-pipe is not great anyway instead of a mandrel bend they are using straight cut sections with welds.

I think the bolt pattern on the heads is the same can't say for sure. Easy enough to find out buy a gasket for a 1MZ and 3MZ then compare.
