Rear main seal?
2001 Lexus ES 300
if you zoom in you can see where it’s dripping. It only does it when the car is running, just wanna confirm that’s the rear mail seal that’s worn.

Can't confirm from a single image. Remove the inspection plate and look for oil inside the bell housing. Is there oil on other parts of the engine? How many miles and what is your maintenance history.
