Default Mysterious magic sounds

Here's my doozy. 2005 ES 330. 251K (Still going) Mysterious sound coming while sitting in the cab D seat. A low roar that can only be heard while in car. Thought it was the flex pipe so I took it to a muffler shop that does it regularly. No that wasn't it. Thought it was the exhaust seals. Replaced them and no difference. Checked for intake leak with carb cleaner. No response.
Thought it could of been P/S pump. No Squeal.
Sitting in the front seats the roar comes from directly behind the dash. You can hear it from the engine compartment. Just for giggles I popped the rear seat and tried to listen to the pump. Couldn't get to it. I listen to the lines under the car and head sounds from one of the four fuel lines. Wondering if the EVAP cannister was going bonkers but the car but according to what I found there are no symptoms of it being bad.
I took it to two more shops. Nope. Couldn't find it.
Any suggestions would be great ya'll.

Hello,

Rattles in the car can be notoriously hard to find as they are, and having no audio, or any clue other than a vague description is not helping. A video of the sound would be helpful, as well as a history of it, was it always present or started after a particular occasion like a repair.

That's about all I can say at this point..

Default Hope somebody can hear this

I have been trying to get something so anybody can tell me if they know what it is. Sorry I’m lucky to be able to use my phone without hurting myself.

Default Fixed it.

UPDATE...... Turns out the Fuel pressure damper was the issue. After three shops countless hours searching every post for anything that I could find. Signing back up with ALLDATA and every youtube concerning Lexus or Camry and any 3.3 or 3.5 or ANY MFR V6.
I can now work on my truck and Nova now.

Huh, I somehow completely missed your previous post, sorry about that..

Either way, thanks for getting back with a solution, it's getting quite rare here unfortunately.

No worries. I was glad yall could hear the sound file that I was able to post (without hurting myself or launching a Nuke). I have a couple shops to go let them know what it was.
