I figured out how to modify the tow light wiring harness for the 5th gen Camry sold by etrailer to work with my 4th gen ES330. It can be done easily by repining the plugs on the wiring harness to correspond with correct connections on the vehicles wiring harness. This is helpful because it provides a plug and play option for adding tow lights to an ES330 (aside from repining the plugs) preventing the need to run a positive up to the battery.

First color is the Tekonsha harness, second color is the color of the vehicle wiring harness male plug.
Drivers Side:
Repin Brown to Green (There are two green either should work)
Repin Yellow to Green/Black

Passenger Side:
Repin Green to Green/Yellow
Repin Red to Green/White

Additionally, out of the six possible pin positions one will be unused. Out of the box this will be one of the two middle positions. Swap the one middle pin over to the other middle slot (the unused slot should now be on the other side). This must be done or you will lose the side marker.
