Best place to buy a new regulater i have been advised thats the problem? Do regulstors come with new motors? Or do i need to eyeball it to see whats broken? I feel like i can do it but what do i need to look out for being the first time i replaced one, i did see a mobile mechanic do one on a Korean make.Sags a half inch from being completely closed, i have it shimmed shut now with unsightly wooden shims, has anyone seen or ordered not as obvious black plastic or rubber shim? I saw where the Command plastic wall hanger with stickum on the back, turned upside down works too.

I'm leaning towards fixing it cause the car only has 47000 miles model ES 300 I don't want it to look trashy but the other side of the coin is I rarely use the rear electric window, lol
