So, 02 es300 here, and the driver's side front seat seems to be coming apart on the right side. The plastic backing is coming loose and apart I'm wondering how to fix this? Is there a seat diagram anyone has? Or any advice? I don't really want to take the whole seat out and take it apart, but I also don't want it to get any worse. Thanks in advance!

there is a molded clip at the top of the plastic that clips under the seat back to hold it tight to seat frame

My clip broke years ago - I left it alone. And the seat hasn't fallen apart71705-33260-B0
