one of my windows won't properly initialize after I left the battery disconnected for a few hours.

When Auto up is hit, window gets to the top, then rolls down halfway.

On the passenger door switch, I rolled the window down all the way, held button for 3 seconds.
Rolled all the way up, held for 3 seconds.

Auto up still goes up then down halfway.
Can't get the reset procedure to work.

Hopefully someone with this generation can share an actual working procedure.

I dunno why it's so hard for such a dumb procedure to work.

The other 3 windows work just fine without re-initializing after reconnecting the battery.
Just that one window just won't remember its limits.

It has to be done through the door individual switches, not the main control panel of the driver's door is what I read before doing the same thing.

that's what I did. i used the switch on the actual door.

i heard you use the individual switch to that window. Roll it up and down all the way three times while only holding the switch halfway. Then press down all the way and it should be automatic
