Daytime Running Light Replacement

I have a light warning on the dash and the only one I can see out is the passenger side DRL. That bulb is very hard to get to and even my wife is having a hard time with it. Does anyone know off the top of their head how you remove it?

REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
REMOVE FOG LAMP LAMP UNIT LH

Remove a bolt and release a claw.
Remove the fog light unit LH.
