buying es300

I am looking at a almost new 2003 es300 with standard equipment and options. No nav. I can not find any information on what an appropriate value to make an offer. The car has~1500 miles, it's Silver with Beige interior. Condition of the car looks fine, and is located in So CA. With 1500 miles, it's barely broken in.

Any suggestions on what a fair offer is?
