I was wondering if anyone has tried this...I want ot put GS300 (16 X 7) wheels with
P215/60 R16 tires on an 1998 ES300...I just got them and they have summer tires
on them. There is a suspension piece that sticks out over the stock tire with about
an inch gap...Just visually lining up the tires it looks like it is going to be close. Does
anyone know the max size tire that will fit with a 16" wheel without rubbing or hitting
the upper suspension or some website to go to for the answer?

you already bought the wheels, and youre asking us whether theyll fit...

why dont you mount em on your car and tell us whether they fit or not

 

I know it sounds silly but I am traveling for Thanksgiving in the early morning and I just
got them today...But you're right I could just try them after I get back but I was just wondering
if anyone has tried this size before and had a quick answer.

I was woundering the same thing... but i wanted to do the "L tuned" rims either the 17's or 18's, i'm not sure which i like better, on a 2004 330...by the way... WHERE HELL IS MY CAR!
Will it still be under warenty since it is a lexus part......

Why didn't lexus change the rims on the 04's....there so ugly....
