Finally got my answer

well as i did not recieve an help from this forum with regards to the mute wire on my 2003 es w/mark lev and nav. i went to the dealership and got a copy of the wiring diagram from them. if anyone needs to know it is the BLUE wire coming out of the back of the head unit.
