I so sorry to hear the news, but the main thing is that you are ok. I'm sure you will get more than enough support from your lawyer and insurance, do to your case of a seriously wrecked car and wrecked body.
Just think soon you'll be sitting pretty in another nice car. With all your damage, you could definetly be riding in a 04 es330 pretty soon. Good luck!

thanks guys, im going to my lawyers doctor in the morning......i have to make sure i have all my aches and pains documented.
i miss my es300 but im lookin forward to gettin some cash to get a nice used 99 gs4 or gs3.
you guys know any other places to look for used cars other than autotrader.com?

Try the Classified section here on CL. I noticed several GS' on sale by members. And the plus side is that they're CL members so you know that they cared for their cars.

GEICO will use either CCC or ADP or some other souce to evaluate your car against an inventory of similar vehicles selling or sold; adjustments are made on the inventory vehicles versus your vehicle. That is how the Actual Cash Value of your vehicle is determined. They will then add state sales tax and prorated DMV fees and offer you the amount..........................they no longer use guidebooks.
Your attorney should handle the property damage and loss of use for free. DO NOT HIRE YOUR ATTORNEY IF HE WANTS TO TAKE A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR PROPERTY DAMAGE SETTLEMENT; THAT IS NOT THE NORM.

By the way, what you paid for it or what you owe on it are irrelevant; AN INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY OWES YOU WHAT IT WAS WORTH AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
I would strongly recommend you listen to what both insurance companies, yours and the others, want to pay you before entertaining a settlement; listen to both because one may offer more than the other based on the service they hire to evaluate your vehicle.

yeah i talked to my lawyer and asked him if he gets some of my property settlement.
he laughed and said i know people dont think too highly of us but give me some credit.
anyways im torn right now between a gs300, gs400 and a infinity q45....all used from '99...i know i know everyone is gonna tell me to go for the lex but that Q45 is so sweet
