Well I got my first flat today in my 97' ES! Judging by the condition of the spare and the jack, this was the first time an owner actually changed the tire on this car. It looks like someone may have slashed the tire while I was parked outside my boyfriend's place in Harlem (I figured it was safe... there are two other 97 ES300's parked on the street all the time!) But so now I have to do my commute with no spare tire until i get a new Turanza.. I have a set of rims off of my brother's 94 Celica, should I throw one of those tires in the trunk as a spare, or would that not fit? How can I tell? Thanks!
