All of you people bashing the ground wire have obviously never tried it before! Come on....you replace a 6or8(1994 ES) gauge wire with a 1 gauge...there is a huge difference. My car runs and shifts remarkably better. However, I wouldn't say that it starts up any quicker nor is it any quicker(never heard this one); the most noticeable thing is how much better the tranny shifts. I bought the wire at pepboys for less than $10 and it takes all of 15min to switch the wires out. Go for it Electro, you'll be glad you did!

I have to agree
this is no rice mod
i start better( you can hear the starter turn over faster) and run better as well as teh rest of teh car is much better including whiter dash lights .The system pumps better and doesn't ever bottom out.
Remember teh car is a 12vdc animal it needs 14.4vdc to work perfectly .Wires degrade with time ad heat. I had similar imporvements on my civic as well. The sensors need 14vdc to work optimally if they receive less then they are going to be inaccurate for the resisatnce changes.
You don;t have to belive as i couldn;t care less. But it does help 100%. I did find a slight decaying of the original wires also but i replaced but starter and grounds.

You need to remove the battery as teh main ground is underneath it.

I have no clue as to how to install this ground kit but I am very willing to try it, are there any detailed instructions? I know these kits come with more than a single wire so what are all those wires for?
