Signs of bad springs?

I have a 95 ES with 168,198 miles on it. She's in immaculate shape, except the suspension is beginning to show some signs of age. The ride is a bumpy over broken pavement. The car is still very solid, no rattling. But sometimes over huge rifts, the suspension will creak. It feels like the shocks are working, the struts seem fine. I am wondering if the springs are worn out and that is why the ride has lost it's supple, cushiony quality.
How do i get my ride quality back to "Lexus" smooth?

you may need an adjustment on your struts but since you have the oem shocks on their with 168,00 miles I would considering replacing yours. I ahve 108,000 on mine and just replaced mine with Tiekico shocks they are great! No more bumps on broken pavement or feel like I've driven over a huge bump on a speed bump. You can get them on ebay right noe for $215 but don't get adjustable ones stay with fix shocks/struts.
